November 10: Meant for the Milk Crate at The Cobra
Meant for the Milk Crate is returning to The Cobra Saturday, November 10. Hosted by Fringe Radio Show co-hosts AL-D and E.T. (with DJ Vamp), the showcase will feature D.O.U.G.H., 3van Grey, 11, and Malcolm DeWayne. The night gets going at 9:30 / 21+ / $10 cover / with an open mic cypher after the show.
For those unaware, MFTMC was recently honored by the Nashville Scene as releasing the city’s “Best Hip-Hop Mixtape,” featuring some of the showcase’s past performers. Click through for more info or to RSVP via Facebook.

For the August 1 edition of the Fringe Radio Show, host AL-D will be joined by Tylan. The two will discuss the upcoming Summer League Show 2 show at Foobar, which is going down August 5th (featuring artists from Atlanta and Nashville, hosted by D.O.U.G.H., with sounds provided by Djxtracredit). They’ll be playing music from J-Coop, K-da, Rod McCoy, Kris J., and will take a call from D.O.U.G.H. to talk more about the event.
The Fringe Radio Show will go live Monday night at 6:00pm (Central) on Radio Free Nashville 103.7 FM (which is also streaming online at RadioFreeNashville.org).

Tonight on the Fringe Radio Show, host AL-D will be joined by Lad (aka IGO Nashville), Darnell “Classik” Levine, and David Martin of Wings of Apollo to talk about the upcoming Rhythm & Rhymes event at fooBAR. In addition to discussing show details, they’ll also be spinning music from the likes of Rashad Tha Poet, D.O.U.G.H., Virghost & Malcolm Dewayne, who will all be performing at the event (which will take place August 8).

July 17: Meant for the Milk Crate, Sound Therapy Reunion
Meant for the Milk Crate will be hosting its next event Friday, July 17, 2015. This time around it’s the Official 2015 Sound Therapy Reunion, featuring performances by D.O.U.G.H., Cole Jonique, BA the Lewe, C-Vegas, Cronyk Illness, C.Cooper, Hughost, Adarian, 28, Chilli Sauce + additional sounds by DJ Vamp, A7, and Magnetic & Stones. This FREE event will be held at fooBAR Too, and doors will open at 9:00pm.
