Bentley Caldwell

Tonight on the Fringe Radio Show, host AL-D will be joined by singer/songwriter Bentley Caldwell, who will also be performing live during tonight’s show. (Keep an ear out for some beats from Mike Wallace, as well.)

Born in Paducah, KY, Caldwell released his A Place to Be EP last year, which was warmly greeted by the Deli for its “rich vocals” which “lend themselves to the introspective edge many of his songs take on; all at once he occupies soul, blues, and folk, and handles it with John Legend-level suavity.” Take a listen below to the EP’s second track, “Come Closer,” or head to Soundcloud to stream the entire release.

The Fringe Radio Show will go live tonight at 6:00pm (Central) on Radio Free Nashville 103.7 FM (which is also streaming online at RadioFreeNashville.org).
